“Anna Paquin is known for playing a fairy, but her recent thirst rivals those of her vampire love interests,” reports Star.
According to the tabloid, the actress “had an embarrassing booze-fueled argument with her husband and co-star, Stephen Moyer,” while attending their “True Blood” premiere after party in Los Angeles on June 17.
A source tells Star, “She was stumbling around and slurring her words. She was throwing back champagne and went from being gracious and charming to trashed in a matter of two hours.”
The magazine says Moyer “lost it.”
“It was obvious that this wasn’t the first time Anna’s gotten out of control,” explains the tab’s insider. “You could hear Stephen angrily say, ‘Why tonight? Out of all the events to get wasted at, you pick one of the most important nights for the show! You need help!’”
Uh-huh.
We know Star likes to sensationalize the real lives of the “True Blood” stars, but isn’t it a little curious that no one else at this very public event noticed an allegedly out-of-control Paquin fighting with Moyer?
That’s because it never happened.
A rep denies there was any drunken argument.
